About Our Services
Harmony Quantum Health Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Andrea Quintal Portas, provides complementary health facilitation services including EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Plasmatic Therapy, and biofield work. Our services are NOT medical treatment and do not replace conventional medical care. You should always consult your licensed healthcare provider regarding medical conditions.

Booking & Cancellation
Sessions are booked via Calendly. Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive full refund or reschedule. Less than 48 hours: 50% fee. No-shows: 100% fee.

Fees & Payment
All fees are in AUD and processed through Kajabi, Stripe, or PayPal. Programs: 4-Week ($1,998), 3-Month ($4,500), 6-Month ($7,500). Payment is due at enrollment. Payment plans may be available if offered by the payment processing institution.

Session-by-Session Guarantee
If you don't experience measurable improvement (reduced pain, better sleep, improved function, or nervous system regulation) in any individual session, that session fee is refunded. Contact us within 48 hours of the session to request. This guarantee does not conflict with our statement that overall health outcomes vary between individuals - we guarantee session-level improvement, not cure or complete resolution of conditions.

Confidentiality
All session information is confidential, except where required by law (court order, preventing serious harm, mandatory reporting of child, adult, or senior abuse). See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, attend sessions engaged and present, practice techniques between sessions, and take responsibility for your wellbeing. While we guarantee measurable improvement in each session, overall health outcomes vary between individuals based on many factors.

Limitation of Liability
We provide services with care and skill and guarantee session-level improvement (see Section 4). However, we make no guarantees regarding complete resolution of health conditions or specific long-term outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for services. Nothing excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Third-Party Platforms
We use third-party platforms to deliver our services: Calendly (booking), Kajabi (payment/resources/client portal), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), Zoom (virtual sessions), and email service providers (communications). You agree to their terms when using our services. We are not responsible for third-party platform issues.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Victorian law, Australia. Disputes subject to Victoria courts.
