When Nothing Conventional Has Worked

You have done the tests. You have seen the specialists. You have taken the medication, done the physio, done the chiro, done the acupuncture, tried the supplements. And yet the pain remains, the fatigue persists, the body does not return to the ease it once knew.

If this is where you find yourself, I want you to know that this is not a failure of willpower, or of the practices you’ve been attending to, and it is not a mystery without an answer. It is, in my experience and knowledge, an invitation to look at the body through a different lens — one that includes not just the physical, but the energetic, emotional, the identity, and informational dimensions of health.

Plasmatic Therapy is one of the most powerful tools in my practice for supporting exactly that. In this post I want to share what it is, where it came from, and — through the real experiences of people I have had the privilege of working with — what it can do.

Born in a Small Laboratory in Brazil

Although it seems quite unknown globally, Plasmatic Therapy was created in 2016 by Dr. Honoris Causa Zeno Castilho and his team, in a small, humble laboratory in the south of Brazil in the beautiful and picturesque town of Garopaba. Dr.H.C. Zeno came to this work not through conventional medicine or a career in health or physics, but through journalism — a career that sparked in him a passionate curiosity and took him to learn about plasma and quantum physics, thus turning himself into creator and holistic therapist.

During his career, Zeno saw and understood the possibilities of plasma, the fourth state of matter from which everything in the universe is created. Plasma could be harnessed to engage the body, brain, mind, and subtle bodies in ways that conventional medicine had never considered. Inspired by the principles of Newtonian and Quantum physics, and the extraordinary and revolutionary application of a diversity of oxides in biology, he developed the plasmatic wand and the plasmatic patches — tools that are now used by practitioners and individuals around the world.

The therapy arrived at my practice as part of a natural evolution of my work in pain resolution and at a time when my dad needed support the most as he was healing from haemorrhagic stroke. Unfortunately, the tool arrived to me late and I did not have the opportunity to help him. While I had spent over twenty-five years in biomedical clinical research, I have treated and training myself with natural practices including homeopathy, Reiki, nutrition based on oriental approaches of Yin and Yang to regulate my energy, digestion, and my nervous system – because I experienced it and saw the side effects of medications during this time, I do not take medications. When I encountered Plasmatic Therapy, I recognised something that spoke both to my scientific mind and to the deeper knowing I had developed through years of training and working with myself and with people whose pain lived somewhere beyond the reach of conventional treatment. I saw the possibility of something to work effectively and fast with the added potential to regenerate tissues, modulate emotions, raise one’s vitality, and act on subtle bodies without invasive procedures. This is to me the most respectful and complete model of therapy.

What Is Plasmatic Therapy?

Plasmatic Therapy is a form of biofield therapy, grounded in quantum physics concepts and clinical evidence-based results. It works with plasma — the fourth state of matter, considered in quantum physics to be the pre-matter from which all physical matter is created — to engage the body, brain, mind, and subtle bodies simultaneously.

In practice, it uses specially constructed tools: a plasmatic wand and plasmatic patches. These contain a combination of materials including nano zinc oxide, carbon structures such as fullerene, graphene, diamond, copper coil, imperfect quartz crystal, and gold — each chosen for specific properties including piezoelectric activity, electricity conductance, electromagnetic interaction potential, and photonic interaction.

The therapy aims to reduce physiological arousal, support nervous system regulation, regenerate cells, promote a coherent parasympathetic state, and balance energy centres of the body (also known as chakras) and subtle bodies. Clients commonly report sensations during sessions — tingling, warmth, coldness, a magnetic pull, electricity moving through the body — as well as a deep calm and pain relief that often persists well after the session ends.

Note: The scientific framework underpinning Plasmatic Therapy draws on principles of quantum physics, biofield theory, and biophotons. These are active areas of research, and the field is still developing the evidence base to fully explain the mechanisms at work. What we can observe — and what I have observed consistently in my practice — are the results.

How It Works: A Quantum Lens

The wand and patches were developed based on known and respected principles of physics — among them Planck’s quantum theory, Einstein’s explanation of light as packets of energy, the piezoelectric effect, and Maxwell’s equations describing the relationship between electrical currents and electromagnetic fields, and others.

In simple terms: the materials in the wand interact to generate plasma fields and photons, and deliver them to the biofield or electromagnetic field of the person receiving the therapy. The body's cells then selectively absorb these electromagnetic impulses, converting them into the electrical communication that underpins all cellular function. We believe that this mechanism happens at the cells mitochondrial and microtubules structures – but this is a subject for an entire blog post by itself, and studies are still being carried. If you want more details, I recommend checking the article released by Dr. William Brown from the International Space Federation - Where Biology Meets Resonance: Light, Vibration, and Living Order

Quantum physics also tells us that photons — particles of light — carry information. The intention held by the practitioner during a session is understood, within this framework, as a real and directional force: guiding photons toward specific areas of the body or biofield in need of rebalancing. This is not metaphor. It is a working hypothesis grounded in quantum principles, and one that the therapy's outcomes appear to support.

Distance Is Not an Obstacle: Healing from Anywhere

One of the questions I am asked most often is: how can this therapy work remotely?

The answer can be understood through the way light carries information. In physics, photons are the tiny particles that make up light, and they are the means by which visual information travels. This means that a session offered through a video call, a phone video, an Instagram or YouTube recording, or even through a photograph can still carry meaningful information from the original source.

In Plasmatic Therapy, this helps explain why distance does not necessarily prevent connection. The light transmitted through a screen, or preserved in an image, carries patterns of information that can still be received and responded to by the body and nervous system. In this way, remote work is not limited by physical distance in the way we might once have imagined.

In my practice, I regularly conduct sessions remotely with clients across Australia, Brazil, the UK, and Europe. The feedback I receive is remarkably consistent: clients feel feel subtle shifts in energy, notice physical sensations, and experience shifts in pain, fatigue, and emotional state, much like those reported by clients I see in person at The Private Sea on the Mornington Peninsula.

Sessions can be delivered live via video call, through a pre-recorded video created specifically for a client, or through daily remote application using a photograph. Each method offers its own pathway for connection, and together they make Plasmatic Therapy a deeply accessible experience for anyone, anywhere in the world.

Who Can Benefit?

Plasmatic Therapy is appropriate for a wide range of people. In my practice I work with:

  • Chronic pain (and pain in general)— whether physical, emotional, or a combination of both
  • Fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions
  • Cancer patients experiencing pain, fatigue, or distress alongside conventional treatment
  • Chronic kidney disease, lupus, and diabetes
  • Emphysema and respiratory conditions
  • Acute injuries, sports injuries, and post-medical procedure recovery
  • Emotional pain, anxiety, and the nervous system dysregulation that often underlies or precede chronic illness
  • Anyone seeking a chakra tuning and alignment session — which can be completed in just a few minutes and serves as a powerful reset for overall energy and wellbeing.
  • Anyone who can’t find calm or stillness, have a rushing mind and a need to be constantly active.
  • Children with acute injury, respiratory infection, and pain

The therapy is integrative and complementary — it works alongside conventional medical care, other holistic and allied practices and not in opposition to them. For many of my clients, it is the piece that allows the rest of their treatment to work more fully, because it addresses the dimensions of health that medicine and those other treatments alone cannot reach.

From the Practice: Stories of Real Change

The most honest answer I can give to 'does this work?' is not a study citation — it is the people I have worked with and the multiple testimonials available on Instagram #terapiaplasmaticaeuropa and #terapiaplasmatica. Here are five.

Prostate Cancer and Hydronephrosis

A man in his seventies came to me after 3 years in pain and had recently being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (stage 3a), right-sided hydronephrosis, and — shortly after we began working together — an aggressive prostate cancer. His PSA level at the time of diagnosis was 571 ng/ml, dramatically above the reference range for his age. He presented with severe fatigue (rated 8 out of 10 on a distress scale), chronic lower back pain, and significant emotional distress.

Over eighteen weeks, working via weekly video call and near-daily remote sessions using photographs and plasmatic patches, his energy levels improved substantially, and his back pain reduced significantly within the first session, dropping from an 8 to a 2 and reducing as therapy progressed. Alongside his conventional medical treatment (hormone therapy), his PSA reduced to 12.8 ng/ml within a month, then to 1.9 ng/ml, and within a month to 0.47 ng/ml. Emotionally, a man who had arrived feeling hopeless and disempowered by his diagnosis was, by the later sessions, describing himself as energised, motivated, and in charge of his own healing. Physically, he feels great, pain free, enjoying life with minimum medication and curious about where his diagnostics stands at now.

Note: This client received conventional hormone therapy throughout the treatment period. The PSA reduction reflects the combined effect of all interventions. Plasmatic Therapy and EFT combined contributed to energy restoration, pain relief, emotional resilience, clearance of emotional blocks to healing, and improved quality of life throughout, giving his body the conditions needed for it to heal.

Chronic Kidney Disease, Stage 4

A woman in her forties with stage 4 chronic kidney disease was facing near-daily dialysis and could not stand at her kitchen sink long enough to do the dishes because of the pain in her legs and the fatigue. After just a couple of Plasmatic Therapy sessions with me, her energy levels rose noticeably and the pain that had been confining her began to lift. Her own words: “I can now not only do the dishes but clean the house too — without pain and with energy.” For someone whose world had shrunk to the size of her pain, that was everything.

Emphysema: Acute Crisis Relief

A woman in her fifties developed emphysema following more than twenty years of smoking. She came to me during an acute crisis — already medicated, but still struggling to breathe adequately. I created a personalised video for her and guided her through Plasmatic Therapy via inhalation. Within minutes, her breathing improved. With continued use of the therapy alongside her medication and my specific instructions, her breathing continued to improve over the following days. The medication had opened the door; the therapy helped her walk through it.

Emphysema: From Housebound to Fishing

A man in his seventies had developed emphysema from decades of passive smoke exposure — his mother had been a heavy smoker throughout his childhood. By the time we worked together, walking from his bedroom to the kitchen left him breathless and exhausted; the distance felt enormous. After just a couple of days of Plasmatic Therapy followed by regular use of a specific binaural beats meditation I recommended for him, he was moving around the house with ease. Within a short time, he was out on his home pontoon, fishing with his granddaughter. That image has stayed with me close to my heart as that meant my daughter could enjoy quality time with her grandfather who was now feeling much better during our short visit.

Fibromyalgia: Reawakening the Memory of Wellbeing

A young woman with fibromyalgia had tingling and pain in her leg that had been present so long, she had forgotten what it felt like not to have it. In a brief on-the-spot session combining Plasmatic Therapy and EFT — not even a full consultation — she experienced complete relief for a few minutes. She was surprised because she hasn’t felt like that in a long time. What struck me most was not just that the pain went, but what it signified: her body still remembered wellbeing. It was still reachable. Fibromyalgia is a condition that benefits from deeper, sustained integrative multi-factorial work, and this was only the beginning of what is possible for her and not a complete healing.
